Ticket to Ride - Ireland custom map

I thought an irish map was missing....

This map is currently being tested and is provided in two versions, one aimed at 3 players, the other one at 4-5 players (by "doubling" some routes).

The map has rather "long" connections (pretty much no 1-car long connexions) : this is on purpose to see how such a game is played (avoiding easy battle early in the game for 1-car long key connections).I recommend 50 cars per player for 3 players game, 45 for 4-5 players.

You can play 3 cards of the same color to replace a missing locomotive (but only when a locomotive is mandatory, i. e. to build a ferry).

There are two set of optional rules provided below, one "serious" and one a little less. But that's in the irish's spirit. Use 0, 1 or both.

There are also two sets of destination tickets, depending on your preferred style : if you like less chaos, use the ones presented first , if you are into more chaos for 3 players, use the ones with the leprechaun and the celtic ring.

If you use the cards without the leprechaun, I recommend :
Initial deal : 2 long (red) destination tickets + 2 medium (yellow) + 2 short (green). Must keep at least two tickets. Players cannot keep both red tickets (this is to avoid too much luck of the draw if you have been delt 2 long that are very close-by).
During game deal : either 2 yellow + 1 green or 1 yellow + 2 green (player's choice). Must keep at least one.

If you use the cards with the leprechaun, I recommend :
Initial deal : 1 very long long (red) destination ticket + 2 medium (yellow) + 2 short (green). Must keep at least one ticket.
During game deal : 1 orange + 1 green + 1 yellow. Must keep at least one.

All feedbacks welcome on the boardgame geek's forums.
